Good to know
What should be in a basic recovery kit?
At a minimum: a rated recovery strap or kinetic rope, soft shackles, gloves, and traction boards — plus rated recovery points on your rig. We will tailor it to your setup.
Are recovery straps and tow straps the same thing?
No — kinetic recovery straps stretch to yank a stuck vehicle free; tow straps do not stretch and are for towing. Using the wrong one is dangerous. We will set you up right.
Do I need rated recovery points?
Yes. Factory tie-downs are not built for recovery loads. Rated points front and rear make pulls far safer.
